When the beans start rolling in this is an instant, fast, tasty hit!
You will need:
We’ve used French beans, broad beans, runner beans; any you have.
Steam them. Then cool in cold water so they don’t go mushy!
Then add crushed raw garlic and olive oil.
Today we added sliced cucumber from the garden too.
I said it was fast!
They go well with lots of things. Lasagne or a pie. They’re also good when dieting as they are high in flavour and fresh nutrients and low in calories! Then we eat them with soup.
This also works with frozen beans that we blanched last year too!
