Bottled water in your car is very dangerous!
On the Ellen show, Sheryl Crow said that this is what caused her
Breast cancer. It has been identified as the most common cause
of the high levels of dioxin in breast cancer tissue..
Sheryl Crow’s oncologist told her: women should not drink bottled
water that has been left in a car. The heat reacts with the chemicals
in the plastic of the bottle which releases dioxin into the water.
Dioxin is a toxin increasingly found in breast cancer tissue. So please
be careful and do not drink bottled water that has been left in a car.
Pass this on to all the women in your life. This information is the kind
We need to know that just might save us! Use a stainless steel canteen
or a glass bottle instead of plastic!
This information is also being circulated at Walter Reed Army Medical
Centre … No plastic containers in microwaves. No plastic water
Bottles in freezers. No plastic wrap in microwaves.

Well not a lot has happen to day mainly due to having a lot of emails in the form or video so I have slowly been going through them there are days when I wish I did not have a computer fine for the winter months but spring and summer when I need to force on beaning outside in the garden
Choices and how they change us
Now this morning I had over 30 email which 20 of them come in a form of videos on you tube I follow and it can take half the morning up just watching them which means some jobs are just not getting done like weeding, ironing, hovering, forgetting to make a meal for the evening when David comes home from work
To carry on from what I was saying yesterday I must try and make more better use of my time when you think a round 8 hours can be taking up just in front of my computer which is very bad I think as as the weather is so nice currently it a shame to be inside really I think I going to have try and work out a better Patten for my day to day routine
Will it dark and gloomy this morning
But I wish you a blessing of a weekend
